Yunjia Yang

Yunjia Yang, from China, is a Ph.D. student in the Applied Intercultural Arts Research – Graduate Interdisciplinary Program at the University of Arizona, minoring in public health, being interested in researching Arts as a wellness modality in diverse communities. She graduated from Beijing Dance Academy with a Master of Arts. She has been a professional dancer and Chinese calligraphy/painting practitioner for over 20 years. She has been a dance instructor since 2010 and a Chinese calligraphy/painting instructor since 2016 in the studio, private and intensive settings, universities.
