Join us and learn the essential techniques needed to draw and paint still life and landscape using the pastel medium. We will cover the fundamentals of light and shadow, composition, color theory and basic perspective while learning about many pastel papers and pastel types. You may delay the purchase of pastels until after the first class, where we will cover in detail the best choice and the many brands from which to choose. Enjoy the versatile and fun medium of pastel.
