Learn the art of expressing science through fun illustrations that delight and invite discovery. Find your style, pick your theme, convey emotions that will capture peoples’ hearts, all using the natural world as teacher and muse. No great artistic skill is necessary for this workshop, whether you want to illustrate children’s books or simply discover a fun form of expression. We will capture our thoughts and create loose sketches in journal books and take photos. Pen or pencil and eraser, a journal type 9x12 sketchbook, a couple printed photos to morph into characters, and a simple camera are all the tools you need.
