This course is designed to help you see and document how light and shadow fall on a variety of objects using graphite pencil techniques. Learn how to create the illusion of depth, making images “pop” right off the page and take on their own life. Watch instructor demonstrations and then spend time with a variety of interesting exercises, with plenty of individualized help. Learn how to implement the full value range this versatile medium is capable of, and create convincing realism of your subject on paper.
