The dark and light side can work together, at least in your artwork! Do you want to add dramatic lighting to your paintings? Do you use mainly photographic reference, but want to be able to see the form more dimensionally and translate that to a flat surface? You will explore various techniques in black and white and color to create volume, depth, and drama in your art. Would you like to be able to create a scene from multiple photo references with varied light sources, or change the angle of your subject accurately? Learn how use simple models, and even create your own that allow you to see your subject from all angles. Create your own dramatic lighting to apply to your final drawing or painting. Applying these techniques can take your artwork to a new and exciting level, limited only by your imagination.
