Artists find inspiration in light; how it moves through a scene creating shadows, values, color, and atmosphere. In this class, you will learn principles of composition and how to apply in selecting a scene outdoors, how to select equipment that makes it easy to work and how to use a limited color palette, making color mixing easier and naturally creating harmony in your paintings. Join us on the grounds of the museum and practice these new skills. Oils, Pastels and Watercolors welcome.
