Never drawn or painted outdoors? In this one day introductory workshop, we will use the desert landscape as our inspiration!  Gain skills in translating the larger shapes of landscape into exciting compositions and experiment with the interplay and balance of light and color. Have fun experimenting with a range of drawing tools and media both dry and wet, pencil, pens, colored pencil and watercolors, as  getting inspired by the dramatic light and color of our desert landscape. Learn how wonderful the experience of working outdoors can be as we learn to capture quick dynamic studies of nature with fresh and brilliant results.
