Exhibition Proposals

Thank you for your interest in exhibiting with the Art Institute at the Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum.

Due to increased interest in our exhibition program and because our galleries are currently booked into 2030, exhibition proposals are reviewed by our Exhibition Review Committee twice each year.

Review Schedule
 

• First week of June (notification during the second week of June)

• First week of November (notification during the second week of November)

 

Please submit:
 

• A brief proposal (300 words or less) describing the exhibition, the body of work you wish to exhibit, and why it is a good fit for the Art Institute.

• A link to your website.

• Links to your social media accounts (if applicable).

• If your website includes your biography, artist statement, résumé/CV, and portfolio, no additional documents are necessary. If you do not have a website, please include those materials as PDFs.
