"Intuitive painting is an invitation to explore the creative process in a safe, supportive, and judgment-free environment. Rather than focusing on painting techniques or methods, this approach emphasizes mindfulness, creative freedom, and spontaneous self-expression.
Rooted in the belief that creativity is essential to human health and well-being, intuitive painting can be enlightening, invigorating, deeply moving, playful, joyful, and cathartic. It offers an opportunity to quiet the inner critic, reconnect with yourself, and create without the pressure of expectations or outcomes.
In this workshop, we will move beyond traditional ideas of how painting ""should"" be done. Through a series of physical and visual prompts, you'll be encouraged to tune into your inner landscape and respond intuitively with color, mark-making, and movement. There are many ways to paint intuitively, and this experience is about discovering your own unique process."
