Get started in pen & ink.  This course will give you an understanding of the various types of drawing instruments and surfaces.  You’ll also be introduced to the foundational strokes that are the pathway to success in this medium.  You’ll practice developing texture, value, and form to recreate light and shadow effects.  Master these basics and you’ll be ready to tackle any subject in pen & ink.  
This class fulfills the Nature Illustration Certificate requirement.
